What's my claim status?

View the status of a claim you submitted by clicking Claims. Then, look under Status to see if your claim has been finalized or is still in progress.

For claims that are sent by mail to Horizon, there is a 30-day processing period. Generally, for claims submitted through the Horizon Blue app, you can check the status of the claim in 10 business days, but it may take up to 30 days to be finalized.

If this time period has passed since you submitted your claim and you still don’t see it under Claims, use our Email Us or Chat tools to contact us.
