NJWELL promotes and rewards eligible SHBP/SEHBP members and covered spouses/partners for completing an online health assessment, a health screening and other wellness activities. The program runs each year from November 1 to October 31.
The SHBP Retiree Wellness Program (RWP), administered by the State of New Jersey, helps eligible retirees get and stay healthy. By participating, your contribution toward health benefits will be waived. If you choose not to participate, your health benefit contribution will be deducted from your retirement check.

State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) and School Employees’ Health Benefits Program (SEHBP) members can enroll in State of New Jersey Tax$ave Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or renew their FSA enrollment by using one of these options:
- Complete the Horizon MyWay FSA Enrollment Form and return it via secure email, fax, or mail.
- Log in to Benefitsolver, a tool of the SHBP/SEHBP via your MyNewJersey account.
- Visit HorizonBlue.com/enrollfsa, enter information to find your options, and then select which benefits you want.
- Call 1-866-999-3531 for assistance with enrollment.
