If you’re enrolled in a fully insured health plan¹, you may be eligible to save on medicines through our trusted partner, Rx Savings Solutions.

To see how you can save money on prescriptions:

1. Select Prescriptions, then Save on Medicines.
2. Register with our trusted partner, Rx Savings Solutions.

From there, you can check if there’s a less expensive medicine you can switch to. We may also tell you when there’s possible savings on a certain medicine that you’re taking.

To find out how much your medicine will cost:

1. Click Prescriptions under Doctors & Care to get to your pharmacy manager’s website.
    
2. Once there, you can look up a medicine and find out how much it will cost you at pharmacies near you or through home delivery. You can also see if there is a generic equivalent.

1. Under Doctors & Care, click Prescriptions.
2. If you see Go to Prime Therapeutics: Mail the Prescription Drug/COVID-19 At Home Test Kit Claim Form to the address on the form. If you do NOT see Go to Prime Therapeutics: Follow the instructions on screen to be redirected to the appropriate vendor’s website, where you can find information about submitting prescription claims.

Click Prescriptions under Doctors & Care to go to your pharmacy website and search for in-network pharmacies.

To view your prescription history:

1. Click Prescriptions under Doctors & Care.
    
2. From there, you can get to your pharmacy manager’s website.

Once there, you can review your prescription history and how much you’ve paid for your medicines.

To see if you’re eligible for home delivery of your medicines:

1. Click Prescriptions under Doctors & Care.
    
2. From there, you can get to your pharmacy manager’s website to see if you have a home delivery option.

To view your prescription history, select Prescriptions, then Pharmacy Benefits¹ to go to your pharmacy manager’s website. Once there, you can view your prescription history and how much you’ve paid for your medicines.

Select Prescriptions, then Pharmacy Benefits¹ to go to your pharmacy’s website and search for in-network pharmacies. 

Select Prescriptions, then Pharmacy Benefits¹ to go to your pharmacy’s website and access claim forms.

Members with Prime Therapeutics as their pharmacy manager can also access the Prescription Drug Claim Form on Horizon’s website.
